We provide multiple advanced massage techniques and services to work within budget and schedule, with sessions ranging from 60 minutes to 2 hours.
Custom Restorative Massage
Our Custom Restorative Massage is our most inclusive treatment. Its unparalleled client customization makes it the most requested treatment. It’s geared toward increasing range of motion, stretching overworked muscles, decreasing muscle tension and releasing adhesions with integration of over 12 techniques and modalities to achieve improvement throughout the entire body. This treatment may utilize Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial, Thai Yoga, Hot Stones and many more modalities.
Deep Tissue Massage
Our Deep Tissue Massage is a sophisticated and intensive parent of our Swedish Massage. Deeper pressure is applied throughout the full body effecting deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. Utilization of muscle energy techniques and muscle stripping can help with chronic pain and tension. This treatment is suitable for releasing tight, strained muscles and helping with postural deviations.
Swedish Massage
Our Swedish Massage focuses on helping the body relax. Swedish Massage utilizes a variety of effleurage and petrissage strokes making it a great choice for clients who are new to massage. This style of massage has been proven to not only help with relaxation and easing tension, but is extremely beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, and improving circulation.
Express Sports
Our Sports Massage comes in two variations, pre-activity and post-activity.
Pre-Sports Massage uses dynamic stretching to allow the connective tissue to work through a full range of motion and increasing blood flow, thereby reducing possible injury.
Post-Sports Massage focuses on recovery of the muscle tissue that may have been impacted during an activity. This Massage utilizes long strokes to flush toxins that can cause soreness.
Prenatal Massage
Our full body Prenatal Massage can help address the daily tensions and discomforts that accompany pregnancy. It enhances the functions of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone, and relieves mental and physical fatigue. The gentle approach helps stabilize hormone levels that help prepare the body for labor.
Hot Stone Massage
Our Hot Stone Massage utilizes hot basalt stones as an extension of the therapist’s hands. The hot stones blended with a Deep Tissue Massage or Swedish Massage will leave the body in a deep state of relaxation both mentally and physically. Utilizing hot stones in a massage sends a signal to the body to turn off the stress response and turn on the relaxation state of being. Leaving the body with relaxed muscles, alleviated pain, improved circulation, and increased range of motion.
Himalayan Salt Stone Massage
Our full body Himalayan Salt Stone Massage has many healing benefits. Salt stones contain 84 naturally occurring minerals that can be absorbed into the body to replenish minerals lost during ongoing stress and hard workouts. The stones are heated and used as an extension of the therapist’s hands. Himalayan Salt Stones naturally help detoxify the body and exfoliate the skin. This is paired with Therapeutic techniques for deep muscle recovery.
Reflexology Express
Our reflexology Express Massage utilizes specific pressure techniques applied to the feet where all the internal body structures and organs are mapped. The therapist will apply this technique to help reduce stress, improve nerve function and blood supply, boost the immune system, provide headache relief, eliminate toxins, and normalize body function. A complementary foot scrub and hot towelette are included.
Allergy Buster Massage
Our Allergy Buster Massage is a face massage that helps relieve sinus pressure, jaw pain, and headaches. It focuses on the head, neck, and face; flushing unwanted toxins to diminish discomfort.
